Whispers
Whispers is a series born from the delicate balance between abstraction and figuration, where shapes and colors intertwine to create dream-like spaces. I weave together paint, collage, and image transfer, layering textures that both conceal and reveal the presence of human figures.
In these works, the figures emerge quietly—sometimes hidden, sometimes defined—like fragments of memory surfacing in a calm, meditative state. Inspired by the gentle power of suggestion, I aim to create spaces that feel at once peaceful and mysterious, encouraging viewers to pause, breathe, and step into a world where reality and imagination overlap.
The process of layering—adding and removing, obscuring and clarifying—mirrors the way whispers themselves move through time: soft, fleeting, and intimate. Each piece becomes a space of reflection, where color and form resonate together to hold silence, stillness, and possibility.
